When you select this option, you are guaranteeing peace of mind. Our friendly team of professionals cover everything from selecting the most popular products, cleaning the vending machines, stocking, servicing and maintenance.
All our vending machines now use contactless readers, ensuring physical contact is kept to a minimum. This also removes the need for the machine to be emptied of coins.
Regular visits by our staff keep your machines in tip-top condition and fully stocked, minimising downtime and ensuring your clients and employees are kept well fed and hydrated.

The self-operated vending machine option
If you would prefer to do things yourself, managing your vending, water and coffee machines in-house, that's an option too.
Our experienced team will support you by; delivering and installing your machine for you, servicing and maintaining the machine and be here to help you with any questions you have. We will also show you how to use, clean, and refill your machines yourself.
We can also supply and deliver premium branded products for your vending machines so that you can maximise your sales.

Lease or purchase your vending machines?
When it comes to financing and paying for your vending machines, you have two options. You can choose to buy your vending machine outright, or you can choose to lease it. The leasing option is by far the most popular choice.
Leasing means you don’t have to pay the total cost of a machine up front. Instead, you pay a fixed, regular amount. This is a cost-effective way to provide vending machines in the workplace. Lease contracts can typically run for 3–5 years. Once the lease period has ended, you will have the option to upgrade your equipment with a new lease agreement.

Excellent service as always! Last week I contacted Breaktime regarding a recent order I had placed, as we were running low on vending cups and wouldn't have enough stock to see us through until our delivery. I emailed Angel regarding this and she was very quick to help us and had our delivery out to us and arrived within 2 hours. The guy who delivered it and recent orders is always so happy talkative:) and happy to help us put our delivery away. Thank you so much!

What a lovely company. I contacted BreakTime on behalf of a Leeds charity who had a donated vending machine stop working. James and Anna swiftly sent us an engineer from request late afternoon to engineer arriving the very next morning. Super impressive. We have recently bought a barista machine package from BreakTime.
The price was reasonable and they installed the machine for us within a short time frame.
The engineer who came out was a lovely guy who knew his stuff!
We unfortunately had a faulty grinder (no fault of theirs) and they lent us one of their own from the office whilst it got fixed, this meant we didn't have to delay opening our coffee van which was a huge relief!
They have really gone above and beyond to help us out, we really appreciate it!
